As soon as your new system is installed, PFM will make sure that all your employees get familiar with the system and know how to use all the associated software functionalities so that your employees are able to get the most out of the system.
Data Management
PFM has listened to feedback our customers gave us about the quality and urgency concerning Data Management. Every file is checked daily on quality and accuracy and in case of any problems our customers will be contacted through our PFM support department.
Reporting
With every indent PFM organizes a meeting, which will be used to define your specific report wishes. With our PFM-Advantage software package we can offer our customers the ability to make personalized reports through the internet or intranet, using different kind of user levels.
Maintenance
In the retail market maintenance contracts are not common, because PFM retail solutions are always maintenance free! In the real estate market this is often different due to the complex and continuous hard- and software development. We would like to offer our customers the possibility to use the latest hard- and software solutions with their new features on a structured base.
Research & Development
Flucon BV is the parent company of the PFM organization and within Flucon all the needs are developed for customer counting systems. Flucon has its own hard- and software developers in house. This allows us to work closely with the sales department making sure that PFM is the number one with innovation.
