After a number of counting company trials New Look has chosen PFM to deliver our Mini Logger system to an initial 200 stores. PFM will manage the customer data for New Look and combine this information with New Look’s own sales and transaction data in order to delivery business critic performance reports via web based PFM Retail Advantage software. Key to the decision to roll out PFM to the stores was successful completion of a 6 store trial where PFM proved the accuracy of the system via an independant system audit.
In addition to the initial roll out New Look will purchase the Mini Logger sytem for all new and refurbished stores.
